Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Luvnlove website, online store, content, features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Weifang Yongzhen Electronic Trading Co., Ltd. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Purchases are also governed by our Terms of Purchase, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. If you allow another person to use your device or account, you are responsible for activity carried out with your permission. You must provide accurate, current information and keep login credentials confidential. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the Services for lawful personal or household shopping purposes and other purposes we expressly permit. You must not:
• Use the Services in violation of law or another person’s rights;
• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful information;
• Interfere with the security, operation, or availability of the Services;
• Introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest data without authorization, or attempt unauthorized access;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• Use the Services to distribute spam or abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material;
• Circumvent purchase limits, security measures, or access restrictions; or
• Copy, reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit the Services or their content without permission, except where law permits.
3. Products and Store Information
We make reasonable efforts to present products, colors, dimensions, descriptions, availability, and prices accurately. Screen settings, photography, manufacturing variations, and other factors may affect appearance. Minor differences that do not make a product materially different from its description may occur, subject always to mandatory consumer rights.
Product information may be corrected or updated without notice. We may withdraw products or limit quantities. A listing does not guarantee continued availability or acceptance of an order.
4. Prices, Payments, and Orders
Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Taxes, shipping, duties, or other charges will be displayed or described when applicable. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; acceptance and contract formation are addressed in the Terms of Purchase.
We may refuse or cancel an order on reasonable grounds, including unavailability, an obvious pricing or description error, inability to authorize payment, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or delivery limitations. If we cancel after receiving payment, we will refund the affected amount.
5. Promotions
Discounts, promotional codes, giveaways, or special offers may have additional terms. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn before an eligible order is placed. We may reject misuse or fraud. Mandatory rights are unaffected.
6. Intellectual Property
The Services and their content—including text, graphics, photographs, product presentation, logos, design, and software—are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Luvnlove and associated branding may not be used without prior written permission. Limited personal use of the Services does not transfer any ownership rights.
7. Reviews, Feedback, and Other Submissions
If you submit a review, image, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt, and use that content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services, subject to applicable privacy law.
We may moderate or remove submitted content where reasonably necessary, but we are not required to publish every submission. You retain ownership of your original content.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may rely on or link to platforms, payment services, carriers, apps, and websites operated by others. We do not control independent third-party services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them may be governed by separate terms and policies. This section does not limit responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information in connection with the Services. By using the Services, you acknowledge that information will be handled as described there and as otherwise permitted by law.
10. Service Availability and Changes
We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We will not use a change to remove rights already earned under an accepted purchase contract, and we will provide notice where applicable law requires it.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties relating to the website and Services only to the extent they may legally be disclaimed. We do not exclude any mandatory warranty, guarantee, or consumer right that applies to goods purchased from us.
General website content is provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as professional advice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Luvnlove nor Weifang Yongzhen Electronic Trading Co., Ltd. will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the Services where such loss was not reasonably foreseeable or is lawfully excludable.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or other liability protected by mandatory law. Consumer remedies for defective, damaged, misdescribed, or undelivered goods remain subject to applicable law.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for loss, claims, or reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the Services, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from our act or omission and does not reduce mandatory consumer protections.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to the Services where we reasonably believe you have materially violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, or used the Services fraudulently. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply. Termination does not affect rights and obligations already arising from an accepted order.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
To the extent a choice of law is permitted, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights available under the law of your habitual residence.
Before filing a claim, we encourage you to contact service@luvnlove.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or using any remedy available by law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted with a new “Last updated” date and will apply prospectively from their effective date. The terms in effect when an order is accepted will continue to govern that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
17. General Provisions
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, or transfer of our business, subject to applicable law; you may not assign your rights or obligations without our consent where consent may lawfully be required.
These Terms, together with the policies expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement concerning use of the Services and do not alter any mandatory right.
