Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase apply to orders placed through the Luvnlove online store. They explain when a purchase contract is formed and the responsibilities of Luvnlove and the customer. Luvnlove is owned and operated by Weifang Yongzhen Electronic Trading Co., Ltd.

By submitting an order, you agree to these Terms of Purchase, our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits a mandatory consumer right.

1. Customer Eligibility and Information

You must have legal capacity to make a purchase and must provide accurate, complete, and current billing, delivery, and contact information. If you buy a gift for another person, you are responsible for having authority to provide the recipient information needed for delivery.

Please review the order carefully before submitting it. Contact service@luvnlove.com promptly if information is incorrect. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

2. Product Information

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colors may appear differently depending on screens and lighting, and reasonable variations may occur in products made from natural, handmade, printed, or batch-produced materials. Dimensions and weights may be approximate unless stated otherwise.

Any material product feature, included component, or product-specific condition will be stated on the relevant product page. If an item materially differs from its description or is faulty, your remedies are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

3. Prices and Currency

Product prices are those displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of an obvious error. Shipping charges, discounts, taxes, duties, and other applicable amounts will be displayed or described before the order is finalized where they are collected by us.

Unless another currency is clearly displayed, monetary amounts referenced in our shipping terms are in U.S. dollars (USD). Your payment provider may apply exchange rates or fees that we do not control.

4. Payment Authorization

Available payment methods appear at checkout. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize the applicable amount to be charged. Payment providers may perform verification, fraud screening, or authorization checks under their own terms.

An authorization or acknowledgment does not by itself mean that we have accepted the order. If payment cannot be authorized or is later reversed, we may suspend or cancel fulfillment after giving any notice required by law.

5. Order Acknowledgment and Contract Formation

After you submit an order, you may receive an automatic acknowledgment. This confirms receipt of the request but does not necessarily constitute acceptance.

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, a purchase contract is formed when we send an order confirmation expressly accepting the order or when we dispatch the product, whichever occurs first. If only part of an order is accepted or dispatched, the contract is formed only for that part.

6. Our Right to Decline or Cancel an Order

We may decline or cancel an order on reasonable grounds, including:

• The product is unavailable;
• Payment is not authorized;
• The price, promotion, or product information contains an obvious error;
• We reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or abuse;
• Purchase or delivery would violate law or a carrier restriction;
• The delivery address cannot be served; or
• A quantity limit or other disclosed condition has not been met.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method. We are not required to fulfill an order at an obviously erroneous price where the error should reasonably have been recognized, subject to applicable law.

7. Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time.

The free Standard Shipping threshold is based on an eligible merchandise subtotal of at least $55.00 USD after discounts and before shipping, taxes, duties, or other fees, unless checkout states otherwise. Availability, the final shipping charge, and destination-specific terms are confirmed at checkout. Transit times are estimates beginning after dispatch. See the Shipping Policy for full details.

8. Delivery, Title, and Risk

Delivery occurs as determined under applicable law and the delivery method used. Title and responsibility for loss or damage pass only at the time provided by applicable law. No provision in these terms transfers risk earlier than mandatory consumer law permits.

You are responsible for providing an accurate, accessible delivery address and for following reasonable carrier instructions. If a delivery problem occurs, contact us so we can review tracking and available remedies.

9. Inspection and Problems With an Order

Please inspect the order after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, notify us promptly at service@luvnlove.com with the order number and relevant photographs where possible. Keep the item and packaging until we provide instructions.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Eligible return requests must be made within 14 days after delivery. A return requires authorization and must be sent according to the instructions we provide. Unless the law requires a different timetable, an approved refund is generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

We do not impose a blanket no-return rule for personalized or holiday gifts in these Terms. Any lawful, material product-specific exception must be disclosed on the product page before purchase and remains subject to statutory rights. Full conditions appear in our Return & Refund Policy.

11. Order Cancellation

You may ask to cancel an order by contacting us as soon as possible. We cannot promise cancellation after processing or shipment has begun. If we cannot stop the order, an eligible return may be requested after delivery. Any mandatory statutory cancellation or withdrawal right takes precedence.

12. Promotions and Quantity Limits

Promotions may be governed by separate conditions presented with the offer. We may apply reasonable quantity limits, refuse misuse, or cancel orders involving fraudulent use of a promotion. A change to a promotion will not retroactively change an order already accepted, except where required to correct fraud or an obvious error as permitted by law.

13. Events Outside Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control to the extent permitted by law, including severe weather, transportation disruption, customs action, natural disaster, epidemic, labor disruption, government action, or failure of essential networks. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and will provide any remedy required by law.

14. Liability and Mandatory Rights

Products are supplied with the warranties, guarantees, and remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss that does not result from our breach.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits remedies for products that are faulty, misdescribed, damaged, incorrect, or not delivered as required by law.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Where a choice is legally permitted, these Terms of Purchase are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. A dispute may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction. Consumers retain any mandatory protection and jurisdiction right provided by the law of their habitual residence.

Please contact service@luvnlove.com first if a problem arises so we can try to resolve it informally. This request does not prevent you from exercising a legal right or meeting a legal deadline.

16. Entire Purchase Agreement

These Terms of Purchase and the policies incorporated into them form the agreement for an online purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure or delay in enforcement is not a waiver.
